When you'll need this
If your organisation uses single sign-on (Microsoft, Google, or another provider), you don't have a separate BNDRY password. To reset, contact your IT helpdesk and reset your work password the way you normally would.
If your organisation has a BNDRY-managed login, follow the steps below.
Steps
- Go to the BNDRY sign-in page.
Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address you sign in with and click Submit.
Check your inbox for an email from BNDRY. The reset link is valid for 5 minutes.
- Click the link, choose a new password that meets the on-screen requirements, and confirm. If required, you may also be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication.
- You're now signed in.
If something goes wrong
- The reset email hasn't arrived. Check your spam folder. If it's still missing, ask your BNDRY administrator to confirm the email address on file.
- The link says it's expired. Reset links expire after 5 minutes. Request a new one.
- Your new password is being rejected. Passwords must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 8 characters
- Be no more than 128 characters
- Not contain your email or username
- Not be a password used within the last four attempts
