The short answer
If you click navigate to your BNDRY login URL and end up at your usual work login page (Microsoft, Google, Okta, or another), that's expected. Your organisation has set up single sign-on so that BNDRY uses the same account you sign in to email and other work apps with.
This means:
- You don't have a separate BNDRY password.
- You sign in with the same email and password you use at work.
- If you have multi-factor authentication on your work account, that applies to BNDRY too.
- If your work account is locked or disabled, your BNDRY access stops at the same time.
Why we do it this way
Single sign-on is more secure and easier to use. You don't have to remember a separate password, and your IT team can manage your access from one place.
If something seems off
- You see your work sign-in page but it doesn't recognise you. Check that you're using your work email, not a personal one.
- Your work password works elsewhere but not for BNDRY. Tell your BNDRY administrator. There may be a configuration issue.
- You expected to sign in directly to BNDRY. Some BNDRY tenants are configured to use BNDRY-managed passwords, not single sign-on. Check with your administrator.
