Before you start
You need the Settings permission in BNDRY. If the Entities page isn't visible in your settings sidebar, ask an administrator to grant you access.
Configure the entity label
The entity label is the name BNDRY displays when identifying an entity — in search results, lists, and record headers. By default this is the entity's full name or company name.
- Open Settings from the main navigation.
- Click Entities in the settings sidebar.
- Under Primary label fields, select up to 2 fields. These form the main identifier shown throughout the app — for example, an entity's name or member number.
- Under Secondary label fields, select up to 3 fields. These appear as supporting detail alongside the primary label.
Use the Preview entity label search to see how your configuration will look with real entity data before saving. Type at least 3 characters to find an entity.
Configure entity header fields
Entity header fields are pinned to the top of every entity record so key information is visible at a glance. You can display up to 5 fields.
- Under Entity header fields, click the Fields to display input.
- Select up to 5 fields from the list. You can also type a custom field path if the field you need isn't shown.
- Click Save entity settings.
A confirmation message appears: 'Entity customisation settings saved'. Your changes apply across the app immediately.
To undo all customisations and return to BNDRY's defaults, click Revert to defaults at the bottom of the page. A confirmation prompt will appear before any changes are made.
